Optima Caret provides comprehensive services with 24-hour nursing; long-term care services are provided– stroke recovery, wound care, cardiac rehabilitation, pulmonary rehabilitation, and IV therapy. Short-term rehabilitative services are offered as well– orthopedic rehabilitation, physical, occupational, and speech therapy.
