DO NOT bring family here. Residents are neglected, left laying in their own feces and urine. Employees do not respond for hours (but yet you see them just sitting playing on their phones). Families were not notified of the Residents emergency (the therapist threw the Resident against their bed and ruptured the feeding tube and caused really bad bruising). The call lights are placed out of the Residents reach on purpose (happens to multiple residents on numerous documented visits). The director lies right to your face. What do you like most about living here? Answer: Better than prison, but not by much. Are there enough caregivers to handle the residents' needs, especially during emergencies? Answer: Yes Are the common areas pleasant and comfortable for socializing or relaxing? Answer: No How would you rate the quality and variety of the meals? (1-5) Answer: 1 Are special diets handled well? Answer: No Is the dining schedule flexible enough to meet your preferences? Answer: Yes How do you feel about the level of social interaction available with other residents? Answer: They leave residents that are wheel chair bound, lay in bed instead of taking them to bingo etc. How was the units offered in this community? Answer: The building is 28 years old, it still has the original paint and curtains. Do you feel safe living in this community? Answer: No How well do you think the community handles emergencies or unexpected events? Answer: They do not call families and will tell you not to call the ambulance. Are there any hidden fees or unexpected charges? Answer: Yes, if you leave at the first of the month they will not refund the difference. Would you recommend this community to others looking for senior living options? Answer: Absolutely NEVER would I recommend this place. Is there anything you wish you knew before moving in? Answer: DO NOT MOVE HERE
