The facility was cited under both the Health Code and Life Safety Code for similar issues related to building maintenance and fire safety. Specifically, the facility failed to comply with Chapter 33, Existing Residential Board and Care Occupancies, and also failed to provide exit signs with emergency power and maintain portable fire extinguishers in compliance with licensing standards. These deficiencies were corrected between February 20, 2019, and March 15, 2019. Notably, no Health Code violations were listed during the most recent inspection. No enforcement actions were found.
