I have worked here for almost a year, and the residents are the best part of the job. I have built meaningful relationships with them, and the caregivers truly work hard to provide good care. However, ongoing management issues have caused many employees to leave, which has made the job more stressful. With better organization and support from management, this could be a much better place for both staff and residents.What do you like most about living here?
