Registered Nurse (RN) Info RNs hold the highest nursing license and can assess residents, interpret test results, and direct care plans. LPN / LVN Info Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) or Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) deliver routine hands-on care — medication administration, wound dressing, and monitoring vital signs. Nurse Aide Info Certified Nurse Aides (CNAs) provide the most direct day-to-day assistance: bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility. Weekend RN Info Registered nurse hours specifically on weekends. Facilities sometimes reduce RN presence on Saturdays and Sundays — a low weekend RN figure compared to weekday hours can indicate reduced clinical oversight when most administrative staff are absent. 26m per day ▼ 28% State avg: 36m per day · National avg: 28m per day

Alex Blair
My name is Alex Blair. In 2019, at 17, I admitted my father (50, Stage IV Glioblastoma) to Casey’s Pond for safety due to severe motor decline and falls. We clearly told staff he required full assistance. The next day, he was served food he couldn’t eat and left without help. Hours later, we were called—he had fallen. We returned to find him in bed with a deep, bleeding head wound, untreated and unbandaged. Staff offered no immediate care and said stitches required ER transport.I had already witnessed a ~20-minute delay in bed alarm response. I believe he lay injured far too long. Within 48 hours of admission for “safety,” he suffered a traumatic fall and rapidly declined, losing the ability to speak within days. We had to bring in outside help for basic wound care. This facility failed in basic safety, monitoring, and dignity. Their negligence caused preventable harm and robbed me of my final moments with my father. I will never recommend this place. What do you like most about living here? Answer: Absolutely nothing Are there enough caregivers to handle the residents' needs, especially during emergencies? Answer: No Are the common areas pleasant and comfortable for socializing or relaxing? Answer: No How would you rate the quality and variety of the meals? (1-5) Answer: 1 Are special diets handled well? Answer: No Is the dining schedule flexible enough to meet your preferences? Answer: Absolutely awful - dirty, unsafe conditions Do you feel safe living in this community? Answer: No How well do you think the community handles emergencies or unexpected events? Answer: Extremely poorly with no accountability Are there any hidden fees or unexpected charges? Answer: Probably Would you recommend this community to others looking for senior living options? Answer: Absolutely not. Not even to my worst enemy. Is there anything you wish you knew before moving in? Answer: How awful the care is. No staff members care about the well-being of their patients. Staff is rude, dismissive, over-worked, disrespectful... I could go on and on
