Inspection Report Summary for Christian Care Nursing Center

The most recent inspection on July 21, 2025, was a complaint investigation with no deficiencies cited. Earlier inspections showed a mix of results, including a September 10, 2024, recertification survey that cited several deficiencies related to fire safety systems and building maintenance, and an August 26, 2024, survey that noted issues with personnel records and expired food items. Prior reports from July 2023 identified deficiencies in quality of care, medication management, food safety, and facility maintenance, but the Life Safety Code recertification from that same month had no deficiencies. Complaint investigations conducted in 2025 were all unsubstantiated with no deficiencies found.
