GOOD LIVING COMMUNITY CARE INC #4 underwent a comprehensive inspection on April 15, 2024, resulting in 12 state standard violations. The majority of these deficiencies were related to Life Safety Code requirements, including fire drills, staff qualifications, and building maintenance. Specifically, the facility failed to conduct required fire drills and document them properly, ensure sufficient staff for safe evacuation, and maintain a qualified attendant on site at all times. Additionally, Health Code violations included failing to immediately report alleged abuse or neglect and not ensuring that full-time attendants met minimum age or education requirements.
