Parc at Traditions is a licensed Type B senior living community in Bryan, Texas, offering independent living, assisted living, and memory care within a single setting. This 80-bed community is located within the Traditions master-planned development in Brazos County and is designed to support older adults through multiple stages of aging without needing to relocate as care needs increase. Alzheimer’s certification, 24-hour staffing, rehabilitation services, and respite care are all part of the care structure.
The community places a strong emphasis on upscale living and hospitality-inspired services. Dining is positioned as a central experience, with restaurant-style meals prepared by an executive chef and served in an elegant white-tablecloth setting. Wellness and recreational amenities also include a fitness center, salon, library, landscaped outdoor spaces, and organized social programming. Pet-friendly policies, housekeeping, linen service, and included utilities also contribute to a maintenance-free lifestyle. Multiple floor plan styles ranging from compact studio layouts to larger apartment options, such as Magnolia and Post Oak designs, are offered. The absence of a large upfront entry fee may also appeal to families looking for greater financial flexibility while still accessing a community with a more refined atmosphere.
The Texas Health and Human Services Commission oversees regulatory inspections for the community. During the most recent inspection in August 2024, one citation was documented, below the Texas statewide average. One Health Code deficiency related to food service regulations was corrected the following day. Five additional Life Safety Code citations involved emergency generators, smoke detectors, building maintenance, and fire drill compliance, which were cited in an earlier 2019 inspection. One administrative penalty was issued in February 2024, with an amount of $2250, concerning resident protection requirements related to abuse, neglect, and exploitation. No federal civil monetary penalties or Medicare payment denials have been reported within the past three years.
Parc at Traditions is ideal for older adults seeking a resort-style retirement experience combined with access to higher levels of care. Its blend of independent living, memory care support, rehabilitation services, and hospitality-driven amenities makes it a strong option for families in the Bryan and College Station region who value continuity of care alongside an active and socially engaging lifestyle.
