SPRING CREEK VILLAGE ASSISTED LIVING AND MEMORY CARE underwent a comprehensive inspection on June 30, 2021, resulting in three state standard violations. All of these deficiencies were categorized under the Life Safety Code, with no Health Code violations listed. The facility was cited for failing to comply with Chapter 19 of NFPA 101 and for not ensuring that its fire alarm and smoke detection system met licensing standards for assisted living facilities. Additionally, the building's maintenance was found to be inadequate. These issues were identified during a previous inspection on November 26, 2019, and corrected by December 6, 2019. No enforcement actions were taken against the facility as a result of these findings.
