Registered Nurse (RN) Info RNs hold the highest nursing license and can assess residents, interpret test results, and direct care plans. More RN hours per day often signals stronger clinical oversight and faster response to health changes. 37m per day ▲ 32% State avg: 28m per day · National avg: 41m per day
LPN / LVN Info Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) or Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) deliver routine hands-on care — medication administration, wound dressing, and monitoring vital signs. They work under RN supervision and make up a large share of daily bedside care. 52m per day ▲ 27% State avg: 41m per day · National avg: 52m per day
Nurse Aide Info Certified Nurse Aides (CNAs) provide the most direct day-to-day assistance: bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility. Staffing often drops on weekends — this figure reveals whether the facility maintains adequate coverage outside of weekday hours. 3h 43m per day ▲ 22% State avg: 3h 3m per day · National avg: 3h 26m per day
Physical Therapist Info Hours per resident per day provided by licensed Physical Therapists (PTs) or PT Assistants. RN (Weekend) Info Registered nurse hours specifically on weekends. Facilities sometimes reduce RN presence on Saturdays and Sundays — a low weekend RN figure compared to weekday hours can indicate reduced clinical oversight when most administrative staff are absent. 31m per day ▲ 55% State avg: 20m per day · National avg: 29m per day

Jennifer Goforth
If I could give negative stars I would. While my Dad was fine there when he was able to change his own clothes, shower, and walk, as soon as he couldn't, he received zero help whatsoever. Staff never notified me that he suddenly became delirious until he fell and broke his hip, wearing DAYS old dirty clothes. This was caused by a simple UTI which never crossed their mind to check for. Its a common thing known to anyone in the medical field. One thing lead to another and he was sent back to the facility for hospice. Quail Creek only allows hospice companies of THEIR choice. The hospice is only allowed to take readings TWICE a day. They are not allowed to stay, not allowed to give pain medication, not allowed to give physical care, cleaning etc. They are allowed to take him to the funeral home though. Others issues and Quail Creeks response: 1. Patient falling out of the bed. Response: mats on the floor. 2. Not able to give pain meds once an hour. Response: increase dose and decrease when they see him. 3. Not cleaning Patient or checking he is still in bed or hasn't pulled out catheter. Response: changed the topic. 4. Nurse not remembering what the last med was that was given. Response: changed the topic. 5. Never gave Patient wet sponge to moisten lips and mouth. Response: changed the topic. 6. Nurse to busy watching TV to do duties. Response: changed the topic. If you are in the facility for some short term rehab, its prob fine. But if your loved life might experience end of life, be advised they may experience pain and suffering through neglect. And yes, we reported them to the STATE.
