Two of these deficiencies were classified under the Health Code, with both issues related to resident care and employee screening. The facility was required to search the National Association of Registered Agents (NAR) and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) annually by May 31, 2024, and ensure that all employees providing services were screened for tuberculosis within two weeks of employment and annually. No Health Code deficiencies were listed in addition to these two issues. The remaining violation was classified under the Life Safety Code, with the facility failing to provide smoke compartmentation where required as of October 13, 2023, but corrected by December 1, 2023.
