HOLLY HALL underwent its most recent comprehensive inspection on March 15, 2022, resulting in six state standard violations. The Health Code section of the report listed no deficiencies, while the Life Safety Code section cited four instances of non-compliance with licensing standards for assisted living facilities. These issues were related to fire safety and building maintenance, including resident bedroom doors, fire alarm and smoke detection systems, sprinkler system inspections, and monthly/yearly extinguisher inspections.
