The Health Code deficiencies cited included failure to establish an infection control policy and procedure (corrected by September 13, 2024), inadequate pest control program and insect screens (corrected by September 5 and 12, 2024, respectively), and improper food handling and procurement (corrected by September 10, 2024). Additionally, the facility failed to ensure employee tuberculosis screening. No Health Code deficiencies were listed in previous inspections. The Life Safety Code violations, which occurred on July 11, 2022, related to fire extinguisher training, inspection, and maintenance records, were corrected by July 14, 2022. No enforcement actions were found.
