Registered Nurse (RN) Info RNs hold the highest nursing license and can assess residents, interpret test results, and direct care plans. More RN hours per day often signals stronger clinical oversight and faster response to health changes. 1h 32m per day ▲ 115% State avg: 43m per day · National avg: 41m per day
LPN / LVN Info Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) or Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) deliver routine hands-on care — medication administration, wound dressing, and monitoring vital signs. They work under RN supervision and make up a large share of daily bedside care. 58m per day ▼ 7% State avg: 1h 3m per day · National avg: 52m per day
Nurse Aide Info Certified Nurse Aides (CNAs) provide the most direct day-to-day assistance: bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility. Nurse aide hours are typically the largest staffing category and directly affect residents' quality of life. 3h 1m per day ▲ 27% State avg: 2h 22m per day · National avg: 2h 21m per day
Weekend Total Nursing Info Combined nursing hours (RN + LPN + Nurse Aide) per resident per day on weekends. Acacia Health Center at Sagewood Reviews

Cathy Erwin
A shout out to the 3rd floor, Ocotillo Wing staff for their outstanding service - THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU. From the CNA's Yanet, Marrisa, Alex and Ana to the nurses Josie, Dina, Radia and Annette to the therapists Catlin, Sharon, Cheryl and Herman you are all the bombdiggitty. Also Marcella Bolanos the Social Worker kept the communication lines open with weekly reports of progress and/or regression and her delivery of the news was always professional. We could count on getting a straight answer to questions even if they weren't things we wanted to hear. There are truly no words big enough to express the gratitude we feel for the care compassion, patience and kindness showed each and every day. During a difficult and emotional time, staffs dedication brought comfort, hope and strength not only to my husband (the patient) but to the entire family. You all made a difference that will never be forgotten. Your compassion touched our lives more deeply than you may ever know.My husband Dennis Erwin had a 3 week stay in your facility and everyone was very attentive to his needs as well as to his old fashion ways. At 75 years old, he's old school and use to doing everything for himself or having me his wife do it for him. It was extremely hard for him to adjust to having strangers bathe him, helping him in the bathroom, dress him, etc.. but the staff went to great measures to insure his dignity and pride were kept in tact at all cost. The facility was kept very clean. Dennis was first placed in a semi private room upon arrival and the following day moved to a private room. Before doing so the private room was cleaned from top to bottom including shampooing the carpet, WOW that's going above and beyond. Its with sincere appreciation and heartfelt thanks, from the entire Dennis and Cathy Erwin Family that we sing your praises. We highly recommend this center and give it 5 stars in all areas but primarily 5 star staff! What do you like most about living here?
