Of these, 4 were classified as Health Code deficiencies, including the failure to screen employees for tuberculosis within two weeks of employment and annually, which was corrected by April 11, 2022. The remaining 3 violations fell under Life Safety Code, encompassing issues related to fire safety, building maintenance, and electrical systems. Specifically, the facility failed to have a smoking policy, train staff in fire extinguisher use, inspect and maintain fire extinguishers, provide exhaust for odor-producing areas, and ensure compliance with electrical codes. Correction dates ranged from April 11 to June 23, 2022. No enforcement actions were found.
