Located in Oakland, NJ, Oakland Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center provides skilled nursing care, along with memory care, hospice care, palliative care, and rehabilitation services. Specialized care is provided for those living with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia, while comfort and symptom management are given to terminally ill residents and those with serious illnesses. The community also provides recovery support to improve residents’ ability to function, particularly after an illness or injury.
The 215-bed community is currently at 92.6% occupancy, with an average length of stay of 90 days. Rehabilitation services also include OrthoWin Rehab and RespiraCare Pulmonary Rehab, giving residents access to orthopedic and pulmonary rehabilitation programs. Moreover, total nurse staffing is 3 hours and 51 minutes per resident per day, representing the daily nursing time allocated to each resident.

Salon and spa services include barber and beauty care, and daily meals use seasonal ingredients while honoring personal and cultural traditions.
