The facility received 27 complaint investigations (170 percent more than California average of 10), with most allegations found unsubstantiated including claims about medication dispensing, food quality, pest issues, staff response times, resident abuse, neglect, and safeguarding of belongings. The August 2025 investigation substantiated failure to refund advance deposits within required timeframe. March 2022 inspection cited maintenance issues.
