Inspection Report Summary for Brookdale Sleepy Hollow

Brookdale Sleepy Hollow underwent a comprehensive inspection on December 12, 2023, resulting in two state standard violations. Both deficiencies were classified under the Life Safety Code, indicating no Health Code violations were cited during this inspection. The facility was found to have failed to inspect, test, and maintain fire alarm system components, as well as protect commercial cooking equipment according to standards for ventilation control and fire protection of commercial cooking operations.
