This used to be a Happy and vibrant community before provincial management company took over. They have run it into the ground. They're doing a little bit for cosmetics, but the care and the consideration for the residents is deplorable. Trash is always overfilled and blowing everywhere. The grounds are filthy with goose poop everywhere. Promises that were made to the residence before Provincial took over are being broken now. Food is sparse. With some evenings having the kitchen run out. You would think they would order pizza, something to feed the people instead they told them to figure out how to get their own food. Some of the apartments do not even have a kitchenette. If you don't believe this review, just go look at the parking lot today versus several years ago. Look at the older Facebook pages and the vibrant happy events. No one attends anything anymore. It's depressing. What do you like most about living here? Answer: I don't live there. I visit.
