BROOKDALE LAKESHORE underwent a comprehensive inspection on October 14, 2021, resulting in four total violations. The Health Code section of the report listed no deficiencies, while the Life Safety Code section cited three issues related to fire safety and building maintenance. Specifically, the facility was found to have inadequate lighting levels, hazards present on site, and insufficient gas pressure testing. These deficiencies were corrected between September 30, 2019, and October 17, 2019. No Health Code violations were listed during this inspection. As a result of these findings, no enforcement actions were taken against the facility.
