All of these deficiencies were classified under Life Safety Code, with no Health Code citations listed. The facility's issues fell into several themes: fire safety and prevention, building maintenance, and pest control. Specifically, the facility was cited for failing to ensure proper sprinkler system inspection and maintenance, conducting regular fire drills, maintaining operable windows with insect screens, and keeping the building in good repair. These deficiencies were identified during a previous inspection on February 22, 2019, and corrected between March 12 and March 16, 2019. No enforcement actions were found related to these violations.
